When is the deadline to pre-order hoodies and flowers?
All presale orders must be placed by 5th of November. After this date, orders will close, and we will have our standard merch and limited bouquet selection.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on custom items. All clothing items must be collected by December 19th.
Where do I collect my order on Graduation Day?
All items will be available for collection at our Graduation Collection Point, located at Student's Union table in the Foyer of the Racecourse venue
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes, as long as they have your order confirmation email or full name and student ID, they can collect on your behalf. We’ll verify at the Collection Point.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
